Delivery Information

Local Deliveries and Pickup

  • Customers will be notified when their products are ready for pickup from our Raymond Terrace shop.

  • For items requiring decorations (e.g., logos, embroidery), please allow up to 8 working days for decoration application after approval.

  • Local deliveries are made via Australia Post or Fastway Couriers.

  • Free local delivery applies for orders over $150 (incl. GST) to a single delivery point.

  • For orders under $150, a flat $10 delivery fee (incl. GST) applies.

National Deliveries (Australia-wide)

  • Products without decoration are dispatched within 3 working days of order receipt. Customers will receive an email notification upon dispatch.

  • If dispatch timelines cannot be met, customers will be informed via email with an updated expected dispatch date.

  • For products requiring decoration, please allow up to 8 working days after decoration approval before dispatch.

  • Shipping is done via Australia Post or Fastway Couriers.

  • Free shipping applies for orders over $150 (incl. GST) to one delivery address.

  • A delivery fee of $10 (incl. GST) applies to orders under $150.
